Research

The School of Creative Arts fosters an active research culture within each of its constituent disciplines (Visual Media, Media Arts, Theatre Studies, Creative Writing and Arts Management) and through interdisciplinary and innovative approaches to the Creative Arts. The School's emphasis on the interface between theory and practice is reflected in its support of research by staff and postgraduate students that encourages critical thinking and analysis about and by means of creative practice, including its forms, histories, locations, contexts and applications.
